What are credits?
Credits are the platform's internal currency. Use them to expand your plan with additional job slots, one-way video interviews, and other premium features.
Types of credits
There are two types of credits: monthly and extra. Monthly credits are included with your subscription and expire at the end of each billing cycle. Extra credits never expire and can be purchased separately whenever needed.
How are credits used?
Monthly credits are consumed first, followed by extra credits.
If an action fails or is canceled before execution, no credits are deducted.
You can purchase additional Match Score, one-way video interviews, job slots, and more.
You can view your current balance and history in the dashboard.
How much do actions cost?
Match Score: 1 credit = 10 Match Score.
Additional job slots: 6 credits per day until the 1st of the following month.
One-way video interviews: the cost varies depending on the duration and type of interview.

What does the free plan include?
The free plan allows you to post 1 active job, receive unlimited applications, have your custom career page, and use the ATS at no cost. It also includes 10 monthly Match Score so you can try out the candidate analysis feature.
Is the free plan enough for my company or will I need a paid plan?
If your company has few hires or is just starting out, the free plan may be enough. It includes 1 active job slot, up to 3 team members, and 10 Match Score to evaluate candidates. If you need more simultaneous job slots, more AI analysis, or advanced features like one-way video interviews, you'll find value in the paid plans.
What are credits and how do they work?
Credits are the platform's internal currency, available in paid plans. You can use them to purchase additional job slots, send one-way video interviews, and buy extra Match Score. Monthly credits expire at the end of each billing cycle. Extra credits never expire and can be purchased separately whenever needed.
When is the subscription charged and what happens if I join mid-month?
Subscriptions are charged on the 1st of each month. If you subscribe after this date, you pay only the proportional amount for the remaining days, but you still receive the full month's credits and Match Score.
Can I change my plan whenever I want?
Yes. You can change your plan anytime from your account, and the system will automatically calculate the proration. You can also buy extra credits whenever you want to access additional features.
What happens if I don't use all my Match Score or credits in a month?
Match Score and monthly credits included in your plan expire at the end of the month and do not roll over. If you want to keep credits without worrying about expiration, you can buy extra credits, which have no expiry date.
What happens to the one-way video interview recordings?
One-way video interview recordings are stored on the platform for 90 days. After that time, they are automatically deleted. You can download the videos at any time before they are deleted to keep them.
