Video and Audio Interview Processing
When using asynchronous interview features, candidates may record video and audio responses. These recordings may include facial images, voice, expressions, and other personal data.
Tackr may:

We do not use these recordings for biometric identification, facial recognition, or identity authentication.

5. Candidate Data Uploaded by Companies
Companies and recruiters may upload candidate data into the platform.
By doing so, companies represent and warrant that:

Tackr processes this data to operate recruitment services.
In certain cases, Tackr may act as an independent data controller for:

Where possible, data used for these purposes will be anonymized or aggregated.
Candidates whose data was uploaded by a company may exercise their rights directly with Tackr (see Section 7).

We retain personal data only as long as necessary to provide our Services and meet legal obligations.
Account Deletion
If a user deletes their account, we will delete or anonymize their personal data, except where retention is required for:

Candidate Data Uploaded by Companies
Candidate profiles, CVs, and professional data uploaded by companies may be retained as part of Tackr’s talent database and service improvement efforts, provided such retention complies with applicable laws. Candidates retain the right to request deletion of their personal data.
Company Operational Data
Job postings, hiring activity, and platform usage data may be retained in aggregated or anonymized form for analytics, research, and AI training.
Video and Audio Interview Recordings
Asynchronous interview videos (one-way video interviews) are stored for 90 days and then deleted.
