Tackr was born from identifying a challenge that affected all players in the job market: highly talented professionals who did not always receive opportunities or conditions that matched their value, and companies dealing with hiring processes that were complex, slow, or poorly standardized.
Our first bet was a marketplace that directly connected talent and opportunities. However, we soon understood that real change begins earlier: by equipping those who hire with tools that simplify, organize, and professionalize every stage of the process.
Today, at Tackr we develop solutions that help companies attract, manage, and select talent more efficiently and collaboratively. We believe in a fairer job market, where talent is at the center and labor relationships are transparent, sustainable, and beneficial for everyone.
